That is theft... If she refuses to give them back, contact the Police and file a report... if you know where they are the police will search and locate them.. You will receive your property back and the girl will be convicted of theft (not certain to what degree) and learn a valuable lesson.. that you can't just take something that isn't yours because you want it or want to get at someone.

Call the police and file a report. She admitted to having your property and refused to let you have it back. Was it on a text message? If so, you have evidence. They will probably say something to her and she will be scared and give them up right away.

sit her down and tell her it was ur grans and how much it means to u and to ur family if she doesnt give it back call the police she is stealing from u she took something that isnt hers

tell her how important those are to u and maybe she will understand and give them back and if she doesn't than she is a incriciable person
