Try using the side of your big toe. If you can get it far enough, just not high enough then try this. When you you go for the kick, try pointing your foot and aiming almost right where the ball and the grass meets then follow through with your leg. Don't just kick the ball and stop your leg right after it hits. If you let you leg come up, chances are your kick will be much stronger and higher. Hope this helps some!! :D And also, practice makes perfect!! :P

Well i myself am a JV player in my high school girls soccer team. My coach is always telling our goal keeper to throw the ball slightly up into the air not too far away from her body and then kick it as hard as she can with the top of her foot. Mostly where the laces are located. Kick it as hard as you can upwards towards the middle of the field. If you can and are allowed to in a game you should get as close as possible to the square line around the goal. If you have the chance for an outside kick then get very close to the outside larger square.

The balls today are lighter. Giving it a heavy kick only makes the ball travel fast but it dips too early. Like a balloon. Don't go for power. Just dig in deep and gently stoke the ball up. It's all about technique.

You should do exercise for your leg everyday and learn from a football player how to kick a ball.

i hope you don't toe it because 1 that just hurts and 2 it goes in the opposite direction you want it 2... u still gotta use the side of your foot but with mad force, more diagonal... to ur right or left foot
