how can my friend log in to a computer that needs finger swipe using a remote service like logmein.com?

She has a new laptop, that she configured to use the newer finger swipe login to windows, but, from work now, she cannot access her computer because it asks for a windows password, that would be a finger swipe, but cannot be done.
