How to transition my babby from inside to outside?
I have an 8 month old babby who I love dearly, but is just not working as an inside babby. Let me give you some background: I have two cats that I have had for many many years and they are like my sisters. They are very particular and demand only the most expensive food and because of this I can not afford daipers. I have tried to house train my babby, but he still pees all over the place. He has also started pulling my cats hair-totally unacceptable! My only option now is to put him outside. But I don't want to be cruel, so I want to make it as easy on him to transition as possible.
Any suggestions?

I would say start by putting him outside for an hour every day for a few days. Increase by an hour or two every few days. Nights will be the hardest, but if you take his cage, I mean crib outside, it should be an easier transition. Just don't let him charm his way back inside. If he cries, tell him to deal with it. If he gets sick, make him a bottle full of herbal tea. If you let him back in, you'll give him the power!

where do you live? i live in phx and its normal to stay indoors during this time of year. it's not uncommon for temps to reach 110 in the summer. you wouldnt want your babby to burn himself on the hot cement. wait until october to take him outside.

If you only feed him outside he will associate the outdoors with the pleasure of food, he will want to go outside.
