Good hairstyles/haircut for round faces?
I was just wondering what were some good hairstyles/haircut for girls/women with round faces. I'm thinking I would want a hairstyle that medium to short length or at least that the length of my hair right now(some short hairstyle ideas like bobs would totally be great too)....and I don't do much "styling" with my hair its basically just for me kind of "wash and go" kind of thing- so low maintenance hairstyle.....anyways any ideas would be great!!

First of all you have to keep your hair length below your chin. Avoid jaw-length bobs if you have a round face, short hair can accentuate the roundness of your face, but a few textured layers can make it work. But it all depends on the texture of your hair, If you have curly hair, cut in layers to weigh it down but curls works great with round faces as long as the curl begins below the lips. And if you want bangs suggest you get for a "graphic, curved shape...and be sure bangs are thick, shorter in the middle and longer on the sides. Shoulder-length hair is flattering on all face shapes because it's not too long and it's not too short.

My best advice is to buy a few hairstyle magazines, and mark every style that you LIKE.
Then, after you've gone through the magazines once, go back and examine each style ... try to figure out WHAT it is about that style that appeals to you. The bangs/fringe? The angle of the layering? The color or highlights? The length?
And make an appointment with your hairdresser. Take ALL those pictures with you, and tell him/her what you like about each style. Then let your hairdresser work some of those features into a style that works with YOUR face, YOUR hair type and texture, and YOUR lifestyle.
That is really the best way to get 'your' perfect style. Identify what you like, and let a professional 'customize' a cut that will flatter you and be easy to style on your own.

my head is round too so ill tell you the hair styles that i do,and yeah my hair length is around yours. Since i also kinda have big ears(too me i do) i usually have my hair down. I usually always straighten my hair cause its a mess if its not straighten.
1.) i have done loose curls which are cute, and if u have bangs put them to the side(straighten them) or put them up in a small bump.
2.) Straighten your whole head and curve the tips of ur hair toward ur face and, and if u have bangs but them over ur forehead.
3.) you can always put your hair up, and if u have layers in the front next to your bangs lay them down and have your bands either on the side or across your forehead.
4.) another idea is you can just keep it straight and add a headband but keep ur bangs in front of ur face and not under or behind the head band

A bob would be best because it would really bring out the roundness of your face.

Nothing too short because it emphasizes the roundness but nothing too long because it weights your face down. I would suggest something mid length with layers and side bangs
answer mine please!

this is a question together with two possible answers, some guys favor long hair while others may prefer shorter hair

Try face-framing layers. If they cover the edges of your face and jawline, your face will look slimmer.

properly short hair makes you seem more clean and it makes you appear like you have a good feeling of style and long makes an individual seem more manly and playful
