Why am I getting these ovarian cysts?! I need some answers please!?
I've been on birth control for a year now and I keep getting ovarian cysts! Right now I have one on each ovary, 6cm and 4cm. I've also had pelvic adhesions and now an enlarged uterus. Doctor mentioned hysterectomy. I had the CA125 bloodtest and that came back normal. I am only 30. Does anyone have any comments on this? I am so confused as to what's going on or what I should do!

First, I think you need to get a second opinion!
For something as drastic as a hysterectomy at 30 years of age - You need to have a very good understanding of why the doctor would want to do this.
Do you possibly have PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome?
Birth control pills are what is usually the first line of treatment for this condition.
An enlarged uterus sometimes happens when you have fibroids - Is this what you have that is causing the enlarged uterus?.
The CA 125 blood test is done sometimes to determine susceptibility to ovarian cancer - it is considered a 'marker' for this type of cancer.
Glad that it came back normal.
Definitely, get another opinion!
Being as young as you are, this is really a drastic measure.
Try to find a gynecologist that is more specialized in the conditions that you are suffering with.
Some gynecologists have more knowledge about certain women's problems.
Maybe you could call your Academy of Medicine in the city that you live to check online in the city where you live, to see if you could find a physician that is more specialized in this area.
You didn't give too much information - Are you trying to get pregnant?
You might get better answers and advice - but at least get a second opinion before you get a complete hysterectomy. That should be the last resort.
Hope you can find help for this.

I don't have any suggestion whether or not it might be involving your miscarriage, I could consider no - however I'm no longer a Dr. I do consider for you - I had extreme ovarian cysts for years. It was once totally painful. Mine harm on and off always - no relation to my menstrual cycle. Somethimes the suffering could final for days. My Dr. gave me Rx suffering killers, which helped a few. But I did ultimately have got to have surgical procedure. The first 2 surgical procedures they made three one inch incisions and eliminated the cysts. The surgical procedure was once very convenient and I went dwelling the equal day. I had a few suffering for a pair days, however not anything just like the cysts. But alas each occasions the cysts grew again. My 3rd surgical procedure my Gynocologist determined to only insert a colossal needle (I was once out bloodless - did not consider it) and drain the fluid out of the cysts. The membrane collapsed on itself and shaped scar tissue, which avoided cysts from developing again. I in no way had suffering after that. The simplest drawback with the scar tissue now could be that my correct ovary will get a pointy suffering while I ovulate - it simplest lasts approximately 10 seconds. And it ended up being a well factor - it helped me conceive either one of my youngsters on my first take a look at.
