why are my nipples hard and sore (i dont have my period)?

Extra virgin olive oil and an aspirin may help a lot. Rub the oil on and swallow the Aspirin ,,not the other way around ,or you will get the cramps, from Diarrhea , and you will have plenty of those soon enough. kiss them good night and have sweet dreams .

You say you don't have your period...but maybe you're getting ready to start it for this month? I know my boobs get really sore right before I get mine. Your breasts could be growing, or it could be because you're sore, or your clothing was rubbing up against them too much
