is this food ok to feed my fish?

so the other day i went to my pet store to buy some brine shrimp but they ran out so i got tetras baby shrimp sun dried gammarus i have 1 angel,gourami,rainbowshark,pleco and 2 bala sharks

    You may have to crush it up a bit, but it is a very good healthy diet for primarily carnivorous fish.

    yes that's fine just make it in small pieces that they can eat and don't put too much, just little by little cause just a little leftover can make your water dirty really fast
