I dont need anything more than that. Do they even make them?

Not particularly but if your needs are the absolute basic you will be fine getting a very cheap notebook/netbook, even cheaper if you buy second hand, and just installing the word processor on it for that use.

All net books, lap tops, note books have to have a operating system and all come with a word processor as well.

No. Just buy absolutely anything and DON'T USE ANYTHING BUT THE WORD PROCESSOR.
Is it really that hard to understand? How stupid can you possibly get? JUST. DON'T. USE. what you don't want to use.
