Looking again for little pendant basket that holds stones can be changed out sterling only?

They have small vials of mustard seed for the believer. I want something the size of a quarter or even half dollar-this is a free business idea I collect gems from the woods, All kinds of marbles. Rocks. Shells and perfectly white animal teeth-I want to hang them from some leather but am not sure how to do it. I thought of drilling thru them and adding attachments, then I thought of wrapping them with a metal basket, hence the idea and question
