Can i make a complaint against a seller on eBay after 90 days?
I purchased a trumpet on eBay a while ago. But i mistakenly gave the wrong address. I contacted him about the mistake after a month which was when I discovered the problem when and he said that he just got the trumpet back and that he would ship it the next day. It's need a month now and 90 days has passed since i won the item. Do I have any recourse or did 600 dollars go down the drain.
The shipping was supposed to take almost 2 weeks plus i lost my internet for a while which is why there are gaps in me contacting him.
The item was being shipped internationally which is why i gave it a three week grace period before i checked on my item. I paid using a bank draft.

Let me get this straight, you won an item and gave the wrong shipping information. You contacted the seller a month later and told him it was the wrong address. He said he'd ship it the next day. It's been 90 days now since you won the item, meaning the seller was supposed to ship it for the second time about 60 days ago. Obviously you're not getting it.
How did you pay? If you paid by credit card, you can contact the credit card company and tell them you paid for the item and never received it. Most companies can fix the situation. If you used paypal, contact them and tell them what happened (leave out all the extras, just tell them you bought an item on EBay and never received it, its been 90 days.) You should also review the seller on EBay and give him a bad review so everyone knows not to use him. I would also contact EBay about the situation so they can hopefully suspend that guys account. You don't have to lose the $600 -- remember that the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

The only logical advise would be to get your own house in order - you caused the
problem to begin with - NOT the seller -
What are you really going to complain about ? My heavens you can't even get
you own shipping address correct and want to complain it's the sellers fault
