Recently changed graphics card and got the reboot & select proper boot device message, help?

I recently changed my ATI graphics card to a Nvidia graphics card and when I turned on my computer, I got the "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press any key" message. When I pushed a key, it didn't do anything and just said that message again. Anyone know how to get pass that or fix that?

Thanks in advance.

Enter BIOS and check the Boot Order of the devices. Is it trying to boot from something else, a USB Flash Drive.

Did you remove the ATI drivers. If not, booting into Safe Mode only loads the generic VGA driver. You can run the ATI Uninstaller program. Start tapping the F8 key for starting in Safe Mode.
