I have accidentally deleted the hidden recovery partition?!! Please Help?

Your computer can live quite well without it and it provides you with a few Gb of extra disk space. It means you can't restore the laptop to factory condition - but you're unlikely to want to do that anyway.

You can download a copy of the recovery partition from the Sony website. Burn it to a DVD then you don't need to put the partition back. If you ever need to restore the laptop to it's factory settings (not recommended unless you're selling it) use the rescue DVD that came with it. When it can't find the recovery partition it will ask you to put in the DVD you burned.

Oops! I hope you took a copy of it when you first got it because that is your back up OS and hardware drivers as they don't come on separate discs now. It's all put on that hidden partition usually called Drive D.

You will have to get in touch with Sony and ask them for a recovery disc. Don't be surprised if they charge you for it.
