I'm pretty sure that you're thinking of the Wave or the Wave Sonic. The Wave Sonic is newer :)

You can find it at drug stores, for about $16 I believe.

It helps to remove black heads, dirt, oil, and bacteria. It really does make your skin look brighter, as it gets rid of impurites that you can't reach by scrubbing your face with your hands.

There's the original Wave. Then there's the new Wave Sonic. It's supposed to "clean up to 50x better than regular cleansing.. works better than what your hands can do alone--providing deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation and massaging in one easy step" I don't see how they're any different.. online its $14. you can find it at pharmacies, department stores; places like walmart

if your on about that circular brush thing it a brush that's been specialised to scrub certain impurities e.g. blackheads

pretty good does the job and isn't uncomfortable.
