If the pictures weren't deleted I might be able to help better, some geckos have black eyes, how old/big is your leo? when they are younger their eyes tend to be a lighter color and when they get bigger they darken or lighten depending on the leo. Try putting some calcium powder on the crickets/worms or leaving a small dish (you can use a cap from a Gatorade bottle or something similar to that size) with calcium for the gecko to eat, this might help the situation as well.

Ok I see what you mean now, yikes! That could be an eye infection or shed over the eyes, try taking a cotton swab and dipping it in water then swabbing his eye, hopefully it's just shed and you can get it off. Do this a few times a day and hopefully it'll get better, if he starts to squirm while you swab just put him down and try again later.

    Are you misting the tank?

Leopard geckos do not do well in high humidity which misting the tank will cause.

I can't really tell from the pictures but it appears to be the start of an eye infection due to the squinting

Does it look like a stuck shed over the eyes?

You need to take him to the vet in case it is an eye infection. If it is a stuck shed it is a rather simple process to remove it.
