Kirk vs Picard. Who the better man?

It depends on the situation...if you want a quick end to a battle or problem, Kirk is the better improvisational strategist, a quick thinker, and definately more ruthless. But if you want to be able to get out of a jam without fighting, I'd say go with Picard, who is more of thinker, someone who looks at all angles before making a decision...
