Is the Pokémon Chillarmy vulnerable to water, even though it's a normal-type?
I mean, are they like the everyday Chinchillas that live in South America? I hear that Chinchillas die when they come into contact with anything wet, like water. So, that's the reason why I'm asking.

no, i don't know what chillarmys are since its probably not an american named pokemon but normal types are never weak against water.
pokemon is more simple in vulnerability than that

No its still only effective to fighting type.
