AnnualCreditReport.com gives you access to your free annual credit reports from each of the three credit bureaus. Reports are free; scores are not.

If you want your FICO score, you have to pay for it. You can get your FICO scores for TransUnion and Equifax at MyFico.com. Consumers can no longer get FICO scores for Experian any more. Don't waste money on any non-FICO score.

CreditKarma.com offers a free score estimator. It's no FICO, but it's close enough if you are just curious about your score.
