Are bay leaves safe for rabbits to be around/eat?
I have bought some bay leaves to spread in drawers and under cabinets in my kitchen to repel roaches. My pet rabbit does not go into my kitchen, but just in case, is it safe for her to be around or possibly eat bay leaves?
I also have used catnip, and have heard that this is safe for rabbits. Is this true?
Thank you!
I give my bunny lots of fresh herbs, fruits, and veggies, so I know if she finds them, she'll want to try it. It'll look like another treat! So I want to make sure they won't hurt her. Thanks!

If your rabbit gets into bay leaves it's fine. They can eat fresh herbs. I have heard that catnip is fine for rabbits. Humans drink it in tea. It is just another herb.
