so im confused, you have never met him?
if you just met him online i highly suggest that you don't met him just to be safe.
but long distance is hard especially with him being 16, guys are easily pressures and well you know how some girls can be.
if and only if you actually know this guy then i say go somewhere like the mall or out to eat so that if you feel pressured you can leave and there are people around if he tries to go to far.

well start by phone and try to build a relationship. and if you like him go for it (call first to make shure he's not a pedobear though! like talk not txt be4 you go randomly lol
