Is this a good quality webcam?!?!?!??!?

There's the webcam. What i'm looking for in a webcam is that it can take decent videos for YouTube and decent pictures for Facebook. I would like to know if this would work for doing that. Thank you for any help :)

Also does it matter if it's 20 or 30 megapixels??

    Looks good, find out if it's a 30 megapixel camera or a 20 megapixel camera before you buy it, the title and description seem to disagree :S :P
