Seat belt comforter?? Present for my mother.?
My mother often complains that the seat belt in the car is up around her neck and is choking her - she says she is very uncomfortable and that she wishes she could get one of those things that stop this?
Does anyone know what she means? Does she mean like a basic padded, sliding comforter or is there something else?

chances are mom is a little on the short and portly side , and large breasted ,that makes the belt ride up causing discomfort.there are cushion apparatuses that fit on the belt,however i think she really needs a belt extender,sold in aftermarket shops and even some car dealership parts depts. also.
