    It will fit but It wont work if you don't upgrade to at least a 500 watt power supply

    Based on HP's website you have a 440 watt power supply.

    If you don't upgrade your power supply you risk damaging your computer as you don't have enough power to run your graphics card.

    Graphic Card upgrades are always expensive...

    It will fit that's a ATX mid tower. So as long as you have a PCI-EX16 slot your good to go.

    That's a nice video card
