Notarized affidavit... how do I get one and who all has to sign it?
I wrecked a car 3 yrs ago and just found out that my license is revoked. I need a notarized affidavit to get them back on top of a million other things i need to do. Can someone please tell me where I can get a notarized affidavit and who needs to sign it?

you will complete the affidavit, and then take it to a notary where you will sign it in their presence. You bank, an escrow office, o the local Mail Box etc should all have notaries. You can also look in the yellow pages of your phonebook under Notary Public. They usually charge a fee of $10 or so....

Affidavit is a written statement sworn to. It has to be notarized. Depends on the notarized affidavit is needed for so a lot more info is needed.
