A few weeks ago I was helping a so called friend out with some homework. Instead of her just referring to mine if needed, she just uploaded what I sent her as her own. Well of course the instructor caught it and we got in trouble. I had no idea that she was doing this. It happened 5 separate times. Well we both got 0s on the work and put on academic probation. This is college by the way. Well I thought it was over. Last week I got called in again and I lost my scholarship because she was too stupid to do her own work. I was only trying to help and she has not spoken to me since, even after learning that my scholarship was taken. She did not have one so she did not get any more punishment. Now until I pay the balance I will not be able to receive my degree. I only have a few weeks left of class. I do not think this is right. I was the straight A student until this happened. She will get to have her degree on the day of graduation. Can anyone offer any suggestions on what I can do? The school has already said that even if I appeal it I wont be able to get it back. They said they understand my situation and are sorry for it but it is a hard lesson to learn. Now I am in the hole $2,500 and I think she should be the one to pay it. Does anyone think the school will go for this? I plan on talking with them again tomorrow. Any insight will help.

I wrecked a car 3 yrs ago and just found out that my license is revoked. I need a notarized affidavit to get them back on top of a million other things i need to do. Can someone please tell me where I can get a notarized affidavit and who needs to sign it?

I have a friend who was raped as a child. She was telling me that when it happened she was praying for it to end and for god to help her. Well apparently god did not help her. She was traumatized as a child and is still very angry because of it. If there is a god, why did he not come to her aid? I mean all children are innocent in the eyes of god, right? She, like I, don't believe in any god. If you do that is fine. But I would love for someone to explain why we should change our beliefs when something like this happens to the innocent all of the time. This is a serious question so I don't need any remarks that we are going to hell. I am just asking an opinion of why you believe there is a god. Do you have any proof?

I am a huge fan of Fear Factory. I have begun to notice in some of his most recent interviews that it looks as though he has a touch of Bell's Palsy. For those of you who don't know what that is, it is a facial nerve disorder that temporarily paralyzes one side of the face. Does anyone know if he has it?

why does he allow babies and people who don't deserve horrible things to happen to them, to let it happen. I know all of the believers will say " because he has a purpose for all of us" but please enlighten me on the purpose it serves to have a child raped and murdered; for an innocent person be put to death for something that someone else did and so on. Please tell me what purpose it serves for these things to happen. I used to be a believer but when I opened my eyes to the world around me to find all of these awful things happening, where is this god who is supposed to love and care for us?

I would like opinions of how our life came to be. Who was the first human and animal? I know that no one can really know who the first person was, but Id like to know of our origin, how we got here and so on.Ive been reading articles but would still like other opinions.Please no religious freaks. I am asking from a scientific point of view so I don't need an answer like: It was God who made us or he has a plan for all of us - none of that bs. Thanks for answering.

I would like all religions to respond to this question. I would like to know what makes you believe in a god whomever you may pray to whether it be Buddha or jesus or someone else.How do you know that your God is there and he is listening to you? A lot of people say that you are here because of "God". Why do you believe that? And I also would like to know from the non believers what makes you not believe? And since you dont believe what, in your opinion, will happen to you when it is your time to leave this earth? I am just a very curious person and I dont mean to offend anyone whether you are a believer or not I would just like to know what people around the world think about their religions.

Over my 24 yrs of existence I have had many questions about religion. Any religious person I have asked, don't seem to have the answers I seek. Which is why I am not as religious as I used to be. I do however believe in life after death/spirits/ghosts, whatever you want to call them. If you think Im crazy that is fine. I have seen them many times which is why I believe in them. I have not however seen God or anything relating to him. I have prayed in the past but they always seem to go unanswered. I guess I have to see to believeMy question is, since Im not a big believer in a God anymore, what would you call it since I do believe in an after life? Do you really have to believe in a god to have an afterlife. I jusdon'tnt understand with all of the bad things that happen in the world why our god allows it to happen. I mean why do newborns have to die; why do those mothers carry them for 9 months and then have no one to bring home? Why do people who believe have bad things happen to them while killers run loose? Why can people who dont care about their children have a ton of them but then a loving couple is faced with not being able to produce their own? Why is it that a believer suffers so much while non believers are ok? These are questions that no one seems to have an answer to as to why our god who is supposed to love us allows these things to happen. If someone has that much power I think a newborn would not have to suffer if a loving god had control of it. I want anyone to answer this whether it be an athiest or a spirtual person or anyone of other religions. Please dont be mean if your answers I am just very curious.

I have used cl for some time now.Today I tried to email someone and an error popped up that said "the default mail client is not properly installed".Im not sure what Ive done to make this happen.I have made changes before and it has been fine.Can anyone make a suggestion on how I can fix it?

Hello.I had a paranormal experience involving a Ouija board.Since then I still have no answers.I came in contact with someone who called herself marilyn b. walters.She told me some info on herself and also told why she was sticking around.I went to the library and to my surprise found the woman and her story about her death to be true.I have been a believer since.But a few days ago i was telling my experience to a friend who told me that she found the same story in a book.Now i have yet to find a book relating to this woman.I'm wondering if anyone has ever read one or came across one about this marilyn.I'm curious because even though my story is very true it makes others think that i am lying since this girl said it was in a book.Can anyone help?whether or not it was in a book i will stick by my story because i know what i experienced was very real.thanks to whoever can help with finding this book.

I had a paranoramal experience a few years ago.I was telling a friend of mine about it and she said she was in a book with the same descriptions I had given her in the story.The name is Marilyn B. Walters.And please no mean answers only serious ones.I did not know that there was a book about this woman untill a few days ago.I wont go into the details about what I experienced but if there is a book on her it kinda makes what happened to me as though I were lying since people could say that I got the info out of the book.Anyone who can help?

hi everyone.I have been taking Orth tri cyclen for a while now.I have a daughter who is 20 months old.All of a sudden my period began early on june 29.Then i thought it was because of stress.it lasted for a week and a half.Well it just started again exactly 2 weeks after my last period.I know that bc pills can do weird things to your body.but does anyone know why i am having my period so much.this is the second time this month.My last one started on the 6 of august and this one started this past tuesday.Or could it be just different now since i have had a child.The reason i have not gone to the doctor is because as of now i do not think anything is wrong.I just want someones opinion if it has happened to them and what they did about it.And please only nice answers.Thank you.

My dad had a severe sinus infection to the point where he cound not breathe at all.He went to the er and they gave him antibiotics and also took blood from him.the nurse called today and said that he has staph infection in his blood and needed to see his doctor in the morning.I tried looking things up on the internet but came up with nothing.Im wondering for his sake and everyone he sees on a regular basis.Do i need to go sterilize his home?He lives with his brother.they both stay sick and are both on disability.they do not have the means or the know how to do everyday chores around the house.Does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do to help him out?he is going to the doctor as soon as they open.
