question about my period?

hi everyone.I have been taking Orth tri cyclen for a while now.I have a daughter who is 20 months old.All of a sudden my period began early on june 29.Then i thought it was because of stress.it lasted for a week and a half.Well it just started again exactly 2 weeks after my last period.I know that bc pills can do weird things to your body.but does anyone know why i am having my period so much.this is the second time this month. My last one started on the 6 of august and this one started this past tuesday.Or could it be just different now since i have had a child. The reason i have not gone to the doctor is because as of now i do not think anything is wrong.I just want someones opinion if it has happened to them and what they did about it.And please only nice answers.Thank you.

After 20 months, I think you should be back to normal, but I have heard of birth control doing all sorts of weird things including what you have described. Usually whatever weirdness the birth control does, it tapers of within time until you are back to normal. In your case, it does sound quite excessive. I think you should talk to your doctor about it and the possibility of changing birth control. This kind sounds like it will be a pain the butt for you, especially if you ever accidentally miss a day, etc. then you'll go through this stuff all over again.

You're right..it probably is something with the pill. Talk to you doctor and see what you should do.
