Are there any Programs out there that teach Tagalog?

    Yes, probably the best known program is Rosetta Stone.

    Also, if you mean an actual program and not books and audio courses, then there are some free things out there too. jMemorize is a flash card based system, that is free and customizable. You can create your own word database, or search the web for free ones, or sites that sell them.

    There are many websites that offer free downloads of Tagalog learning courses.

    I can only think of 3 language programs that offer Tagalog, and those would be Rosetta Stone (very pricey), Berlitz and Pimsleur. I've never had to use any of these though, so I can't say how well they work. Most other Tagalog learning resources come in the form of books, such as those published by "McGraw-Hill: Teach Yourself" and "Tuttle".
