To Daniel & JoeJoe: I was reffering to old world remedies. Saying that it just grows naturally is not a remedy; it's a statement. JoeJoe, taking vitamins and getting trims is old news. If you've read any of my answers, you'd know that that's common knowledge. I guess you two were merely trolling around Y/A! for easy points. Please don't answer a question just for points. Answer a question to share knowledge. We're all here to learn from one another and to educate each other, not to be ignorant.

There are many I've heard of, essential oils, coconut oil, castor oil, msm, sulfur, Biotin, Shapley's MTG, Mega Tek, hmmm, can't recall, but there are a few more I've left out.

nothing you can really do there are vitamins and such you can take but they dont work to well the best is to just get your ends trimmed and it will grow better over time
