Those letters could represent anything so why ask anyone here to guess for the meaning...?
Frankly, she isn't much of a girlfriend at all if she won't even tell your brother what they mean and, quite frankly, why would your brother even care for a girl that keeps secrets from him...???
Now...why would you even mention Jesus here...? Did he have a tattoo also...? lol
So then, step clear of a girl holding secrets as it is a sign of "untrusting" and, instead, just ask your brother why he likes a girl that doesn't trust him enough to reveal her secrets...!!!
