What foods is it safe to eat after taking paracetamol?

A friend of mine has taken paracetamol to help with a headache but now is feeling hungry.

I'm trying to keep her off salty foods (i think paracetamol affects the liver), but what foods is it safe to eat?

Update:

By the way, she has only taken 2 tablets

Actually most foods should be fine. Salty foods are okay to eat and eating something easy on the stomach like salteens would be fine. Salty foods shouldn't hurt the liver. You are right however taking a lot of paracetamol would hurt the liver (so avoid alcohol), but she only took about 1000mg which is a fine dosage. I'd recommend salteens and ginger ale. Take lots of fluids and it may sound crazy but Pedialyte is the best way to rehydrate a person (even an adult).

Any 'healthy' food is OK to eat with paracetamol [ acetiminophen ].
