    1) Palmer

T.O, Ochocinco, Benson, and Gresham he has more weapons than the other two and has proved that he can be a 4000 yard QB before.

    2)Matt Ryan

With White, Gonzalez and the help of Turner relieving pressure, Matt Ryan is going to have a breakout year with at least 4000 yards and 20 TD's.

    3) Mcnabb

With 3 RB's who need carries and only 1 legitimate weapon with Moss the most you can expect from Mcnabb is 35000 and maybe 15 TD's and probably around 10 INTs.

McNabb + Palmer are well past their primes,,and they are ready for the glue factory; While M.Ryan is just hitting his prime..

McNabb + Palmer have lost alot of velocity on their passes over the years, and both teams will have run 1st mentalities..T.O.will not change that approach in Cinci.,he's an over the hill mediocre WR..The Bengals signed him because he was cheap, and noone else wanted him.

Matt will have the best year of the 3..Gonzalez is the best recieving TE of the 3 teams, and Roddy White is by far the best WR of the 3 teams; So,Ryan has the best offensive weopons at his disposal, and he's at the right age to put it all together, and explode up the fantasy rankings.

1)Palmer-has much better WR's with Ochocinco and T.O. paired up. Also had a very bad start last season coming off that injury. He was a top 2 or 3 QB prior to the injury. Look for him to make a significant step up.

2)Matt Ryan-Assuming he and the o-line remain healthy (as opposed to last season) should have a bounce-back season. Also has one of the top WR's (Roddie White) and TE's (Tony Gonzalez) in the league.

3)McNabb-unfortunately has alot less to work with in the WR department with RandelEl gone and Moss not getting any younger. Shanahan's offense will utilize they're rb's (adding W.Parker and T.Jones) and TE's as he is known for.

I hate to agree with the others, but Palmer is the one you want at the top.

With the addition of T.O. and a solid running game he should excel with a lot of deep balls.

McNabb would have been my top pick if he was still in Philly, but he doesn't have the tools in Washington to do what he has done in years past.

Ryan is on a primarily running team, so he won't be as good as the other two.
