I need help with my makeup...?

Mkaye; well I'm 14, going to HS, & I need some different makeup ideas.

I've always done my own makeup, and I'm really creative with it and always trying new things.

Lately I'm more into the glamorous look, [ha ha ha]. I'm not allowed to wear eyeliner, [ugh] & if I wear anything too...dark or heavy my mother will freak out. So If anyone has some ideas, I just want some basic looks (especially eye makeup...) for school, I like to stand out and have unique looks. Also, idk, I might be really bad at putting on face powder, but whenever I do it makes my face looks fuzzy. I use Clinique loose powder and a professional brush, but it still looks fuzzy. I don't use liquid foundation, only because I don't know what brands to use. Could you tell me what LIQUID foundation brands are a reasonable price, but work well? And maybe give me some tips on how not to look fuzzy? ( :

Tutorials would be great, but whatever.

Thanks a BUNCH : )

Okkaaayyyy...since you want standing out Makeup

do colours that compliment your skin tone and eyes. Take that one color and 'line your lower lash line w/ it' then take a black, line the top of your eyes w/ it and slightly smudge out the corner. if thats too much for your mom, take a lighter colour, 1-2 skin tones darker instead of the black.

    OR

take a color that compliments and put it over the two outer thirds of your lids, then take the 1-2 darker color and put that over it into your crease or just put it in your iner third thats left.

FOR BOTH! Add a blackish brown mascara (covergirl's lashblast volume 'black-brown

my favourite) and light light blush. that should work. and lip gloss!!!

    LIQUID FOUNDATION!!!

Errr...Maybelline's liquid dream mousse foundation. b careful, the even # r the pinkish tinge one and the odd # r for beige skin tones

For the fuzzyness, LOOSE POWDERS: take a powder puff and press it on

i would use a pressed powder and then take a stiffling brush, swirl it in the compact, tap off the excess , lightly dab it on ur face, then gently spread it out w/ a clean brush (just tap off all on the powder). Sometimes i look fuzzy too o.o

if it get tooo bad, just dont wear any foundation,

your in hi skool you don even need the coverage, im in middle skool. its freaky i noe, i just have alot of spare time on youtube when i was in elementry skool. i just wear light mascara and gloss...

Right now in my makeup bag, I have Estee Lauder Clear Difference advance oil control hydrator. Its a lightweight moisturizer to help reduce that fuzzy look. ;) but any light facial hydrator should work. after that I use Hard Candy Sheer Envy Primer (walmart) to smooth my face and create a nice surface for my makeup to stick to. even eyes. and for someone who doesn't use liquid concealer, like me as well, Almay smart shade concealer in the small tube is a great spot cover. it blends beautifully. after a once over with the almay, i use revlon colorstay mineral foundation. its the best store brand loose mineral powder that I've found. then check all your spots again and the almay will stick even better a second time if you need it. one more sweep with powder and i move on to bronzer. i use a clinique bronzer stick- it has powder inside a brush deal. the letters are worn sorry! and for a natural look i use covergirl sheerly nudes eye quad. i wet a thin brush and use the darkest color for a liner, then also for the darkest color in a smokey eye look. it comes out really pretty with natural colors. and since my eyes are a dark blue i use rimmel hurricane gray for the outer three quarters of my bottom lid ( under lashes) and the top outer quarter. finish with an eyelash curl and Hard Candy Ginormous lash in black.

I'm a fan of Clinique liquid foundation. But who knows? Not all skin reacts the same way to various types of makeup. Try going to a department store and get them to dry various kinds of foundation on you, then walk around the mall for a while, and then see which you like the best after a couple of hours.

As for makeup looks, I like those little eye shadows that you can get that come with 3 shades of the same-ish colour. Then you can put the different shades on different parts of your eyes. Use the darker one close to your lash line on the outside of your upper lids, the medium one for the middle and the lightest one to highlight the inner corners. I always find that if you highlight the inner corners, your look becomes more dramatic. Also, perhaps try an eyelash curler to use before your mascara to give your lashes some extra umph.

    Hope I helped. Good luck.

For your liquid foundation, Clinique Superbalanced and Estee Lauder Nutrition are good! To prevent your face from looking fuzzy, put on a thin layer of liquid foundation, and then with your powder, swirl the brush in circular motions so that it blends in properly.

For your eyes, try some light eyeshadow and eyeliner to lighten up your eyes. You can also try sparkles to make it extra exciting.

Clinique has THE BEST liquid foundation: i use it, and i have oily skin. it's called superfit makeup. it's oil free, long wear. when you first fut it on, it lokos a bit oily, but BELIEVE ME..it actually ABSORBS the oil on you face in about ten minutes.

Try the semi-natural look. since you've been doing the glam thing, natural would be a cool change. try lining just your top lid with a smooth black liner, then going over it with a brownish, so it's not so noticeable...use a highlight on your cheek and brow bone, and everywhere the light "hits" the most. using a highlight rather than a blush is more subtle, but still gorgeous and age appropriate ;) i also really like bronzers, especially in the summer. Load on mascara, and use a palish, nudey pink on your lips and you'll have a healthy, subtle beautiful glow.

i suggest a neutral eyeshadow with lots of shimmer. (shimmer for the glamorous and neutral so ur mom wont freak out :D) maybelline dream mouse works really good. the "fuzziness" might just be because ur skin is too dry. try a moisturizer and see how it looks after tht. If that doesnt work, you might be putting on to much which makes makeup look cakey--which is not pretty ;) Hope tht helped

Okay for your eyes because youa rent allowed to use eyeliner try using eyeshadows underneath your eye. Swipe it underneath it has moer of an unfinished look rather than the perfect look of eyeliner. haha idk how to put that. For liquid foundation try using Covergirl. I use 'Ultimate Finish Liquid Powder Makeup. I love it! You can do a smokey eye with different colors. try a silver color or even pink. When doing your makeup only play up one feature. Like, if you want your eyes to stand out wear a nude lip color. or you can do your eyes natural and wear lipcolor. Same with cheeks. Only play up one feature so you dont have pounds of makeup on your face! :) Gooood luck!

hey girlie! for liquid foundation i use revlon photo ready its only about $10 at the drugstore and i just apply it with my hands and rub it in really good for eye look i would recommend the maybelline stylish smokes quad because it comes with all the eyeshadows u need for the lid, crease, outer corner, and brow. but dont use those sponge applicators cuz they suck just get some real eyeshadow brushes if u want some tutorials i make youtube videos if u wanna check it out :) hope i helped

I don't get how you can be glamorous, creative or original if you aren't allowed anything "heavy" and "no eyeliner." Do you use green foundation or something?
