What kind of trouble would you get in for sneaking into a fed building under construction at night?
got in threw a rip covering the window and just looked around with no damage done and believe I lost my I.D so do you think they will find it and pin something on me?

In the itchy-trigger days, quite frankly, that was stupid. If a security guard had seen you, you might be dead. Don't go back there, get a new ID and if anyone accuses you - tell them your wallet was stolen.

Trespassing, illegal entry. Breaking and entering, perhaps. And, it's not a "fed building" yet if it's not done.
