Before anyone jumps on their band wagons, Please read!!

The judge who put the injunction on Arizona's illegals law only did the US good!! 
All the illegals had to do is obey the law and nothing would come about!! They obey the laws and they don't get stopped!! No one ask for their papers, no one would know the difference!!
Instead this nice judge turned up the fire and now Americans are more watchful, more eager!! 
Those who protested were stupid enough to show their faces for when the law goes into full effect!! Those who ran like scared mice made themselves know for when the law goes into full effect!!
I see this as a good thing! They turned themselves in and when the law goes into full effect, it will be just a matter of putting out an arrest warrant for them and deport!!
So to use a few lines from Bill O. That's my take on it! What do you say America???

Even those who are opposed to the law, you should be saying, "damn he's right, what have we done"?!! What do you think obama is going to say when this happens??

There is NO single solution to the problem.

One...  Build (and enforce) a fricken fence... Nothing can be done, until that first step is taken

Two...  Enforce the existing FEDERAL laws

Three.. Fine, jail, or otherwise penalize those that hire illegal immigrants

Four...  Work out a "decent" solution those already here, that have not self-deported after steps 1-3 have been in place for some time (3-6 months).  Step 4 would REQUIRE payment of back taxes, a fine, and the proper paperwork and documentation required for "front door" immigration.  Learning English MUST BE a requirement of step 4.  A 2-3 year period could be offered for this task.

FIVE!!!  SEVERELY Penalize anyone without documentation AFTER steps 1-4 are taken.  ALSO...  MANDATORY JAIL TIME for anyone hiring an illegal after steps 1-4 have been completed.  This MUST include deportation of all found not to be in compliance with the laws and the legalization process.

That ruling was a bad day for conservatives and liberals. It was bad in as much as the conservatives were told that a state can't trump federal law. And it was bad that liberals will not be able to legalize marijuana in their state. They can't trump federal law either.
