Negative Paypal balance. Please help?

Hello. I shipped out an item to a buyer on ebay for 51 dollars (shipping included). They disputed it even though they had no reason to, and while the final ruling by ebay hasn't taken place yet, I still have a negative balance of -51.00 on my PayPal. If I have to pay paypal for the dispute, what would happen if I don't pay? I have a bank account linked to it, but that has like 5 dollars in it. And I have my Mom's credit card linked to it. Would paypal automatically tap into these payment methods to remove their funds? And would this affect me in a bad way, such as credit score? I'm only 15 so... (yeah I know you have to be 18 but still lol). Thank you guys!

This is why 15 year olds are not allowed to have PayPal accounts or sell on Ebay. They do things like use their mothers credit card to verify their account...

What will happen is they are going to tap into your mothers card and take the $51 from there if you do not prove you sent this package. I would imagine since you are only 15, you didn't get a tracking number, or pay extra to make sure the person signed for the item.

It will affect your mother, which in turn, will affect you.

Why did they dispute it? You say they had no reason to, but that isn't an explanation. Are they saying they never got it? Are they saying what you sent was not what was in your listing?

You need to close your Ebay account quick. You have no business selling on there. Also, close your PayPal account.

They will go to your bank account first, and when that fails, you'll have a negative balance because it will show as insufficient funds, so count on $30-35 on that and you're negative $30 or so. Then they'll go for the credit card, and the $51 will come out of that. So put money in the bank account, pronto! I HATE bank charges. They do NOTHING for you, but they're great for the bank.
