Recommend you a software I am using which can help you rip audio from mov video and save them as wav, mp3, etc format and also help you to convert mov to other popular formats as you like.

Take audio from a mov file and turn into a wav file(wave file), i know an easy to use software can do this well. you can try RZ Audio Converter, it can convert any video files to any audio files, such as convert mov files to wav files, etc. you can yahoo or google search and download RZ Audio Converter, easy to use, hope it can help you!
