The age of consent should be the same for both. Although in reality it doesn't really matter as anyone will do it whenever they want to.
It's more important to educate and ensure that it's safe and proper, as you'll never stop it happening.

After 16 age is irrelevant. Until people learn the meaning of the word NO there will always be a problem. Wives, husbands and partners, boys and girls all have the right to say NO.
