Your question is can you crunch an ice cube with your teeth as you swallow water. The answer is yes. This is a relatively safe experiment to try.
You may develop brain freeze depending on how much ice you eat, how cold the water is, and how quickly you do this. But one Ice Cube in a cup of water should not give you brain freeze.
The question is logical, and meaningful is only important to you. So if you find meaning in this question, then yes, it is meaningful.
Personally though, I encourage all questions and curiosities to be asked. This particular question, I wouldn't normally ask. I do not see how it could further other knowledge or answers. But I don't know nor connect everything.
