Assuming "K" stands for "que" and forgiving other misspellings:

"I am fed up with people who appear to be one way but turn out to be the opposite, two-faced [not sure why that's in English in the original] bah! And then the worst of it is that they think I fall for their lie."

I have ignored various nuances in an effort to give a natural-sounding translation.

It really feds me up when people show to be in way way and at the end they are completely another one, double faces, and then, what is worst, is that they think that one can fall in their lies.

    Cheers!

howdy Brandon, i could say that "tener ganas de algo" potential " to sense like doing something". So "tengo ganas de jugar" could be comparable to asserting " i've got faith like enjoying". "Tengo ganas de darte un beso", i've got faith like imparting you with a kiss" and so on. wish this facilitates. Ciao!
