First bikes are not gender specific.Second cheap and best is an oxymoron there's no such thing as cheap and best you get what you pay for.

According to my personal opinions, At present ECO is providing electric scooty's in Indian market with cheap price and good features.
The ECO is available above in Rs. 23000 in Indian market.

electric scooters are little costly and moreover according to me there is no specific very good brand in electric sccoters.
