When will Pink eye go away?
Hi I have Pink eye, a sore throat/cough, and an ear infection! I am SICK!!! :( How could this be related? and everyone says pink eye will go away on its self after 7-10 days but if you put i drops in will it go faster? Please Help this morning i had to pry my eye open and got no sleep! Please if ypu know the answrs to this please comment!!!

if it is bacterial, you will need antibiotics, amoxicillin will likely work the best because it can treat pink eye (conjunctivitis) and also heal the ear infection.you just need to go to the doctors again to have your eye evaluated.

Pink eye usually wont go away on it's own. You need antibiotics:Amoxcillin. This will even take care of you ear infection with it. You can get it at a free clinic or doctors office.

If you have opthalmic antibiotic ointment ( and it has to be special just for eyes, not regular ointment) it will go away very quickly. I always used the ointment so do not know if it would go away eventually but I know it is very highly contagiious.
