What Are Some Songs About Going Crazy?
You're gonna know a little bit about Avril Lavigne Telecaster's life!
I have regular panic attacks and I am extremely passive-aggressive, and when I suffer from those attacks, I feel as if I'm going insane.
What are some songs that match how I feel? Aside from Basket Case, that is.
*Baglier, you are, by far my most interesting contact. I appreciate the help

Passive-aggressive, hmm? I'm not passive-aggressive, but I am schizoid and also a pretty paranoid person in general.
I've actually experienced a few panic attacks myself, though each time I was able to recognize that that was what it was (having read on them before) and was able to beat it (as much as it is possible). If it happens again, Avril, the first thing I recommend is normalizing your breathing. If you breath in too deep, it'll make it worse. After you've normalized your breathing, try and clear your mind (not the easiest task in the world, but still), and it'll make riding it out a lot easier.
As for some songs, there's the obvious Paranoid by Black Sabbath.
Edit: Glad to be of assistance.

Whever I have a bit of stress or anxiety, I just sit down (or lie down, that's better), close my eyes, without any music, or sound, and I just sit there. I don't think, I don't move, I don't sleep. After a little while, all my stress is gone, and I feel much better.
Or I just beat the sh*t out of a pillow. Either method works.

I think Blue October would be a great band for you. Their albums all cover a wide range of emotions I think you could relate to. I recomend the following songs
A quiet mind
schizophrenia
graceful dancing
into the ocean
X amount of words
for my brother
Drop
I absolutly LOVE them and their music helps me feel better when I feel I'm going crazy myself. I hope you'll enjoy them as well.
