    TripAdvisor lists the EPIC first

It is a five star hotel (you didn't say how much you're willing to spend, and obviusly, the best hotels are usually costly 5 star hotels)

The EPIC is located right at the beach, and close to shopping, night life, etc.

For a more moderate budget, the New York Boutique Hotel comes highly recommended

Booking.com has a long list of hotels ranked from best

You can also change the ranking to reflect choices by young couples or solo travellers

The Hotel site also have a list ranked from best

You can't expect to ask such a broad question and get any decent advice. There are too many variables here. How much do you want to spend? Where do you want to be? etc etc. My advice is to find two or three properties you might be interested in and come back and ask about those specific locations. Remember, anytime you ask a question and want to know the "best", it will be impossible to get a straight answer. The question is too subjective. One person's "best" is another person's "worst".
