Suggestions for a Cable/Satillite Signal Desrcambler?

Hi, 

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good cable/satellite(?) signal descrambler?

I've come across sites but I'm new to the subject so I'd like some advise about it and what might be a good product in this genre?

ok you can buy anyone of those that you see fit but they dont work.maybe the FTA receiver will work but you will needs a 10ft mesh dish or bud(big ugly dish) and i have been a FTA fan for 10 years and with out a motorized dish you might get 10 channels from one sat and maybe one or two stations will be in english and the cable de-scramblers will work if  as long as you get your cable company's authorization. and not to worry they dont likem and will not permit you to use it. so if you like go ahead its your money...
