First time going to the Bristol race?

All I can say is that your going to have the time of your life!

Walk around and see the sights before you head to your seats, because once your their, listening to the extremely loud engines going around that particular oval, you will never want to visit another track again!

This from a personal experience!!!

You want to be about 3-4 hours early, Justin Cass <--- LOL!

Get there as early as you can. Traffic will become intolerable later in the day. Don't park near any creeks or water. I have seen it rain and flood. Doesn't happen very often though. Don't be in any hurry to leave after the race. It will be quite a while before you can ever get out of there.

Don't listen to Charlie Tuna. 99.9% of the excitement is the race. That's the whole reason you put up with all the traffic and waiting in lines everywhere you go for 3 days. It's an awesome track. Parking is easy but be prepared for potentially a LONG walk to the track.

If you can get there 5:00 or 6:00 a.m.

and park in someones yard right across the street (25.00)

Get headsets if you can , Be prepared for a long day ...

You will probably have no parking issues. as far as how early to get there don't matter there is always plenty of things to do and see before the Race . Just have fun and enjoy your selves!

i`ve never been there but i`d say get there early. it might cool to get on google earth and get a view of the area, or microsoft virtual earth.
