Need help planing a trip to Prince Edward Island?

My sister & I are big Anne fans but as we don't drive and we have heard about the lack of transport which (we do understand )has left our plans up in the air.

We found a country inn in Cavendish but they told us while they were very close to some for other Anne thinks it would help if we did drive.

Here what we want to see

The village

The lake of Shining waters

The Musical

The house

A museum

& one place I cant think of the name of at the moment a beach where Anne drops papers and someone picks them up.

Can I sedon'tis all when I dont drive?

Is it too spred out?

Am I better of staying in Charlottetown or Cavendish

Any tips on places to stay how to get around Pei you have would be most welcome.

PEI is gorgeous but you would definitely need a car to get around the island. If you stayed somewhere like Charlottetown you would need a car to see anything else on the island.
