Firstly, you are overweight. But you can change that, be more athletic and workout. Go to the gym 4-5 times a week at least and eat healthy.
Secondly, dump her. Why would you want to be in a relationship with a girl who had sex with your dad :S? Yeah she may be hot but why would you want to be with her since she was slutty enough to go have sex with your dad? Btw, along with her being a slut, your dad's at fault too.

You're obese! You are medically considered fat! Your BMI is 34, overweight is 25-30. Normal is 18.5-25.
If your dad is really that more attractive than you, I'd lose those 'love handles'.
Go for a run. Put down the fork.

theres nothing u can really do sorry to say.. u can tell ur dad up front it pisses u off that he never spends time with u and instead hes having sex with his girl friend... sorry if my advice sucks i am 14 too well turning 15 in november and i am a chick.. and i never met my dad.. soo i dont really know the situationt hat well sorry! but i hope i helped

My friend is 5'11, and he weighed about 230 and he looked fat.
You being 2 inches shorter....it can't help you much at all.
Even if you were all muscle, there's no way you'd weigh that much.
So yes, you are overweight. Go look at a BMI.
