Basically, you could say that there are two areas the rich tend to live in. The first one would include the strict city centre around Jelacic Square and Zrinjevac Park (streets like Praska, Gajeva, Bogoviceva, Franje Petrica, Tuskanac etc.) and the other one would comprise the neighbourhoods in the northern parts of the city, on the slopes of and close to Medvednica Hill - neighbourhoods like Ruzicnjak, Gornje Prekrizje, Mlinovi, Gracani, etc.). There are also many nice villas in streets like Hercegovacka and Bosanska, a little bit to the west).
