Why most Canadian famous artists come from Ontario?
For example Justin Bieber. He's from Stratford, Ontario. And many more artists are from that town. Why people from Québec don't receive the same attention? Justin's mother is french-Canadian, so Justin is just like any other Quebecois, but has he been born in Québec he may not be as famous as he is now. I wonder why.
