Can the rest of Europe and other countries not help with putting out the fires of Russia?

Why is the world allowing Moscow to be this thickly covered in smoke? do we -in this entire world- not have enough water-throwing-vehicles to help? helicopters, planes, trucks, anything?

if they need the population to help fight the fires, then why is the world not en-mass helping them?

Or am I missing help efforts?

Update:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-10912658

People, please pass on the news to the big agencies or something, for I think Moscow/russia needs help and they are too thick in smoke to realize it. Is smoke not a huge killer the moment it gets too thick? and what are they going to do about it???/

it is HUGE this smoke!

Update 2:

@ Lucy, what does TBH mean? Dutch person here...

I had no idea that Moscow was covered in flames, TBH. I don't think its being covered for some reason in the US, which doesnt suprise me.

Source(s): The government has a way of suppressing politically unpopular media coverage. Its unfortunate.

The smoke is so thick you can not see what you are doing. So, in that case it is better to do nothing.
